Web-Based Transcript Editor

The Transcript Editor is your in-browser tool for reviewing, editing, and finalizing transcripts. You can view job details, control playback, assign speakers, and use built-in shortcuts to work quickly and accurately.

Job Details

  • You can see all relevant job information at the top of the editor.
  • This includes spellings, case references, and other details needed for accuracy.

Speaker Management

  • You can assign and edit speakers throughout the transcript.
  • Standardize labels to keep transcripts consistent and clear.

Playback Controls

  • Integrated audio and video player is available directly in the editor.
  • You can:
    • Rewind
    • Start / Stop
    • Fast forward
  • Adjust player speed for slower or faster playback.
  • Use auto rewind on pause or stop for better context.

Timestamping

  • Add or edit timestamps inline with the transcript.
  • Keep text aligned with the audio or video.

Editing Features

  • Use search to quickly find words or phrases.
  • Speed up your workflow with keyboard shortcuts.
