Proceeding Settings

The Proceeding Settings page manages service rates, products, and locations used in scheduling and billing proceedings. These settings define how services are offered, priced, and delivered.

Services Tab

These are the services we provide, ranging from appearance fees, realtime, videography, interpreting, and court reporting.
  • Add categories to group services.
  • Add rates for each service.
  • List all service rates with details.
  • Edit service details:
    • Category
    • Name
    • Description
    • Unit price
    • Unit (hour, page, minute, fee, etc.)
    • Minimum units
    • Default line for services (auto-included when creating an invoice)

Products Tab

Products are deliverables for customers, such as transcripts, copies, or video.
  • List all products currently offered.
  • Add a product to expand offerings.
  • Archive a product to retire it from active use.
  • Rearrange product order for display and billing.

Product Add-ons

Locations Tab

Saved locations simplify proceeding creation by allowing quick selection.
  • List locations already saved.
  • Add or delete locations as needed.
  • Search locations for faster access.
  • Edit location details:
    • Location name
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • Zip code
    • Directions
    • Parking
    • Rate type (complimentary, flat, hourly)
