The Customer Users page allows you to manage all customer accounts in the system. From here you can add and edit customers, configure billing and service options, and view their activity across transcriptions and proceedings.
First Login
When they login for the first time they will be asked which services they need, and other related questions that define their scope.
This is the current onboarding logic for transcription rates:
- If the user already has rates assigned, don’t do anything
- Match rates based on their email domain.
- When there are matches, use those rates.
- If the user category is Other (Not Listed). Dont assign any rates.
- Match rates based on the category.
