The Workers / Team Settings page provides tools to manage all team members, including workers, managers, and admins. From here you can invite new workers, configure roles and billing, and manage worker activity and availability.
Worker List
- View all workers currently in the system.
- Search and filter by role, services, or status.
Invite Worker
Invite a new worker by entering:
- Email
- First & Last Name
- Track Costs & Generate Bill toggle
- Transcription Roles
- Typist: assign page rate
- Editor: assign page rate
- Proceedings Roles
- Court Reporter
- Videographer
- Interpreter (specify language, registered, certified)
- Preferences
- In-person or remote
- Maximum travel distance (if in-person is active)
- QuickBooks Account
- Link existing vendor account
- Create new vendor if needed
Account Management
- Reset Password — Reset the worker’s password.
- Reset 2FA — Reset the worker’s two-factor authentication.
- Create or Kill Session — View the application as the worker or end their session.
- Archive Worker — Preserve data but disable login access.
- Delete Worker — Permanently remove the worker and associated data.

Availability
- View a worker’s scheduled events.
- Manually toggle availability (available/unavailable).
Transcription
- View all active transcription jobs assigned to the worker.
- Generate and create bills for transcription work.
Proceedings
- Job List — All proceeding jobs assigned.
- Assignment List — Active and historical assignments.
- Bills — Generate and manage billing for proceeding work.
