All of your proceedings are accessible from the Proceedings section in the main navigation.

Browsing Your Proceedings

Upcoming and in-progress proceedings. This is your default view.

Statuses

StatusMeaning
SubmittedYour request has been received and is awaiting confirmation from our team.
UpcomingThe proceeding has been confirmed and is scheduled.
CompletedThe proceeding has taken place.
CanceledThe proceeding was canceled.

Active Proceedings

Open any active proceeding to view its full details and manage it before it takes place. From inside the proceeding you can:
  • View the summary — proceeding type, date, time, and location details
  • View or upload files associated with the proceeding
  • Add, edit, or remove invitees — and toggle whether each receives notifications
  • View any orders or invoices already on file
You can also Reschedule or Cancel from the proceeding directly or from the list.

Past Proceedings

Open any past proceeding to review what took place. Most details remain accessible, but some editing is no longer available.
  • Proceeding summary, location, and files are viewable
  • Invitees are visible but can no longer be added, edited, or removed
  • Orders placed at the proceeding appear under the Orders tab — open any order to view its status and details
  • Published invoices are accessible from the Invoices tab
  • If no order was placed at the time, you can place one manually at any point from a completed proceeding
