Skip to main contentOnce you’ve scheduled a proceeding, you can manage it directly from your account. This allows you to stay updated on the status, adjust scheduling, and access important details.
Viewing Active and Past Proceedings
- Navigate to the Proceedings section from your dashboard.
- Use the tabs to switch between:
- Active Jobs: View upcoming or submitted proceedings.
- Past Jobs: Access completed proceedings.
- Calendar: See all proceedings displayed in a calendar view for easier scheduling and tracking.
Status Tracking
Each proceeding displays a status badge (e.g., Submitted, Upcoming) so you always know where your request stands.
- Submitted: Your request has been received and is awaiting confirmation.
- Upcoming: The proceeding has been scheduled and is approaching.
Proceeding Details
Click on a proceeding to open the Summary view, which includes:
- Case Name & Witnesses
- Type of Proceeding (e.g., Deposition)
- Date, Time, and Estimated Length
- Location details (e.g., Zoom link, in-person address)
- Notes and any special instructions
- Witnesses and Invitees
- Services ordered (e.g., Court Reporting, Videography, Interpreting)
Managing Requests
From the proceeding summary page, you can:
- Cancel: Cancel the proceeding if it will no longer take place.
- Reschedule: Adjust the date and time if the proceeding has been moved.
- Place Order: Submit an order for transcript services after the proceeding (if available).
Calendar View
- Switch to the Calendar tab to see all your proceedings displayed by date.
- This view makes it easy to check for scheduling conflicts and track upcoming events.
Key Points
- Always monitor the status of your proceedings to stay informed.
- Use the Reschedule option if dates change rather than creating a new request.
- Access the Calendar view for a visual overview of all your scheduled proceedings.
- After a proceeding is complete, you may use the Place Order button to request a transcript.
Inactive Customers
customers in created status that have a proceeding need to be manually confirmed by the assigned manager.
