Each card saves separately
Personal Information and Address each have their own Save and Reset, and leaving the page discards anything unsaved. If you edit both, save both. Invoice Recipients is the exception — every change there saves the moment you make it.Personal information
Your picture uploads and saves as soon as you pick it (PNG or JPG); it isn’t tied to the card’s Save button. For Company and Department, type a few letters and pick from the suggestions rather than typing a new spelling — Department narrows to your chosen company, and matching your colleagues’ entries is how your work files alongside theirs. You cannot change your email address here. It’s your sign-in and the default destination for invoices, so ask the agency handling your matter to change it.Address
Start typing the mailing address and pick a suggestion — city, state, and ZIP fill in for you. Leave “Billing is the same as mailing address” ticked and your mailing address doubles as the billing address. Untick it to enter a separate one, such as a central accounts-payable office.Invoice Recipients
This card decides which inboxes invoice emails land in. To is exactly one recipient — you, or an external name and email. CC is any number more. If you never touch the card, invoices go to your account email. Setting To back to Me removes you from CC, and setting To to an address already on CC removes the duplicate — you’re never on the same email twice. No Invoice Recipients card at all means your billing is handled by another account, and its recipients apply — see Accounting.
