Skip to main contentMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Add an extra layer of security to your account. Recommended.
What MFA Does
MFA requires you to provide a second method of verification (in addition to your password) when signing in from new devices or after suspicious activity.
How to Enable
- Log into your account.
- Navigate to Settings → Security → Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Choose your preferred second factor:
- Authentication app (e.g. 1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy)
- Complete setup: verify your device or phone.
- Store backup/recovery codes in a safe place in case you lose access to your second factor.
Why It Matters
- Helps protect you even if your password is compromised.
- Reduces risk of unauthorized access from unknown devices.
- Provides peace of mind with a stronger security posture.
