Getting an Estimate

You can quickly generate an estimate for your transcription job through our system. Depending on your needs, you can either receive an instant estimate or request a formal estimate that requires approval before work begins.

Instant Estimates

You can receive an automatic estimate at the time of creating a transcription job.
  1. Start a new transcription job.
  2. Select your desired turnaround time.
  3. Enter the required job details.
  4. Upload your media files.
The system will calculate and display the estimated cost right away. This allows you to make faster decisions and proceed without delays.

Formal Estimates

You may prefer or require a formal estimate that must be approved before we begin work. In this case:
  1. Provide our team with all relevant details, including turnaround time.
  2. Provide your media files.
  3. We will create an estimate that requires your approval.
Once approved, our team prepares the transcript. You will receive a notification when it is ready.

Approving or Declining an Estimate

  • Approve – Log into the system and approve the estimate. Once approved, your job will automatically move forward to the next stage of processing.
  • Decline – If you decide not to proceed, you can decline the estimate directly in the application. Our team may follow up to revise or close the request based on your feedback.
