Complete
No action neededYour job has been received and is in the queue. Our team will pick it up shortly.
Action requiredYour job requires an estimate to be approved before work begins. You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready to review — the job won’t move forward until you approve it. No action neededYour estimate has been approved (if applicable) and our team is actively working on the transcript.
No action neededTranscription is complete and the document is going through quality review before delivery.
Action may be requiredYour transcript is complete. In most cases it will be available to download immediately. In some cases, an outstanding invoice must be settled before the file is released — if so, you’ll see a prompt to review your invoice in the Accounting section.
DoneYour transcript is available. Open the job and click Download Transcript to save your PDF.
Browsing
Use the tabs to switch between views:
- Active — Jobs currently in progress, awaiting processing, or pending your action.
- Past — Completed and closed jobs for reference and download.
Use the search bar or filters within either tab to narrow results by case name, witness, or date.
If you can’t find a job, check both tabs — a job you think is active may have already moved to Past.
Downloading a Transcript
Go to Transcription
Navigate to Transcription from the main navigation and open the Past tab.
Find the completed job
Locate the job. Completed jobs display a Complete status badge.
Download
Click Download Transcript to save the PDF to your device.
