You can use the Schedule a Proceeding form to request coverage for depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings. This ensures our team has all the details needed to provide accurate services.

Proceeding Details

  • Proceeding Type: Select the type of proceeding (e.g., Deposition, Hearing).
  • Case Name: Enter the full case name.
  • Witness: Provide the witness name, if applicable.
  • Type: Choose the witness type (e.g., Expert, Fact Witness).
  • Date & Time: Select the date, start time, and end time.
  • Timezone: Confirm the correct time zone.
  • Notes: Add any special instructions or context.

Location Details

  • Remote Meeting: Select if the proceeding will be held remotely and choose the service (e.g., Zoom).
  • In-Person Location: Enter the address if it will be held at a specific location.
  • Arrange Location: Select this option if you need us to arrange the location.

Notice of Deposition

  • Upload a Notice of Deposition if applicable.
  • Maximum of 5 files.
  • Each file must be PDF format and under 50 MB.

Exhibits

  • Upload exhibits for the proceeding.
  • Maximum of 100 files.
  • Each file must be under 10 GB.

Opposing Counsel & Guests

  • Add opposing counsel or guests to the proceeding.
  • Use the Add First Invitee button to start adding invitees.

You may request additional services:
  • Court Reporting: Certified court reporters delivering accurate transcripts.
  • Videography: Professional legal videographers for evidence and courtroom use.
  • Interpreter: Experienced interpreters for accurate communication in various languages.
    • Language: Select the required language.
    • Registered Interpreter: State-registered interpreter option.
    • Certified Interpreter: Court-certified or nationally certified interpreter option.
