Requires Assignment
The job hasn’t been assigned to a typist or editor yet.Action: Assign available team members based on availability and workload.
Pending Assignment
A job was recently created or updated but is still awaiting assignment confirmation.Action: Verify job details, then confirm or reassign as needed.
Needs Finalizing
The transcript has been completed but hasn’t been reviewed or finalized.Action: Review for accuracy, apply final formatting, and mark as finalized.
Overdue
The job has passed its expected turnaround or delivery date.Action: Check progress with assigned team members, expedite completion, and notify the client if needed.
Missing Invoices
Completed transcription work has not yet been invoiced to the client.Action: Generate the customer invoice and ensure all charges are included.
Missing Bills
Internal billing for typists, editors, or other contributors has not been processed.Action: Create and approve bills for the completed work.
