When submitting a transcription request for a single proceeding (such as a hearing, deposition, or court session), the process is straightforward.

Creating a Job

Use the Create Job button to begin your transcription request. Fill out the required fields marked with a red asterisk (*) and upload the relevant media files.

Uploading Files

  • You may include multiple media files if they all belong to the same proceeding or witness.
  • If you have multiple files from the same day or event, upload them together in this single request.
  • The system supports audio, video, specialty formats (.ftr), and zip files containing supported media.
  • Each media file can be up to 10 GB, with a limit of 25 files per upload.

Quick Tips

  • Make sure to complete all required fields before submission.
  • Use zip files if you have several recordings from the same proceeding.
  • Double-check the media length: if the system cannot automatically read the duration, manually enter the total time to generate an accurate estimate.
