Email Settings

The Email Settings page provides tools to manage all outgoing emails in the system. From here you can edit templates, preview messages, review available variables, and monitor failed emails.

Template Editor

  • Edit any email template’s subject and contents.
  • Built-in editor supports:
    • Editing the base template.
    • Customizing the body.
    • Adding or modifying CSS for styling.
  • All changes can be saved and applied system-wide.

Email Preview

  • Instantly preview changes made in the template editor.
  • See how emails will look to recipients before saving updates.
  • Preview reflects the applied base template, CSS, and body edits.

Variables

  • Templates support dynamic variables that populate with customer, proceeding, or transcription data.
  • A full list of available variables is provided on the Email Variables page.
  • Variables can be added into subject lines or email bodies for personalization.

Backlog

  • The backlog stores emails that failed to send and were dropped from the queue.
  • From this page you can:
    • Review failed messages.
    • Diagnose errors.
    • Retry sending when applicable.
