QuickBooks Integration for Workers and Customers

Our QuickBooks Online integration helps managers link workers and customers directly with QBO to streamline billing, cost tracking, and customer management.

Workers

  • Track Cost & Generate Bills
    • Activate this option to track costs and automatically generate bills for the worker.
    • Bills are linked to the worker’s vendor account in QuickBooks.
  • Connect
    • Select from a dynamically generated list of existing vendors in QuickBooks.
    • Optionally, create a new vendor profile if the worker does not already exist in QBO.

Customers

  • Connect
    • Select from a dynamically generated list of existing customers in QuickBooks.
    • Optionally, create a new customer profile directly from our system.
    • You can choose to keep customer details synced between our app and QBO to ensure consistent records.

Linking Existing QBO user

  • Click connect
  • Select existing QBO user
  • toggle sync details to QBO

Create new QuickBooks Customer

  • This uses our app detail about this customer to create a new user in QBO

Sync Customer Details to QuickBooks

  • Its a one-way sync. When changes are made in QBO, our app does not update.
  • Initial connect does not trigger a sync to QBO. A change and save to their profile would.
