When submitting transcription or proceeding requests, you can upload a variety of file types. Below are the supported formats and important details.

Audio

  • .mp3
  • .wav
  • .m4a
  • .aac

Video

  • .mp4
  • .mov
  • .avi
  • .wmv

Specialty Formats

  • .ftr (For The Record files used in court systems)
  • .dss (Digital Speech Standard)

Archives

  • .zip files containing any of the supported audio or video formats.

File Size & Limits

  • Maximum 10 GB per file.
  • Up to 25 media files can be uploaded per job.
  • Attachments (such as exhibits or documents) are limited to 10 files at 10 GB each.

  • If you have multiple recordings, you can upload them together or as a .zip archive.
