Tips for Reliable Uploads

Use a wired or high-speed Wi-Fi connection when uploading large files. Mobile data and unstable connections are the most common cause of failed uploads.
Keep the browser tab open for the entire duration of the upload. Navigating away or closing the tab will interrupt the transfer and you’ll need to start again. If you’re uploading several related files, compress them into a single .zip archive first. This reduces the chance of partial upload errors and keeps your submission organized.

If an Upload Fails

1

Check the file

Confirm the file is under 10 GB and in a supported format.
2

Retry on a stable connection

Switch to a wired or stronger Wi-Fi connection and try again.
3

Isolate the problem file

If uploading multiple files, try them one at a time to identify whether a specific file is causing the issue.
4

Contact support

If the problem continues, reach out with the file type, size, and any error message you received.
