Skip to main contentOur platform supports uploading large media files for transcription and proceedings, but there are some important limits and best practices to keep in mind.
File Size Limits
- Maximum file size: 10 GB per file.
- Up to 25 media files can be uploaded per transcription job.
- Attachments (such as exhibits or documents) are limited to 10 files at 10 GB each.
Best Practices for Large Files
- Check your internet connection: Large uploads may fail on unstable connections. A wired or high-speed connection is recommended.
- Use .zip archives: If you have multiple related files, compress them into a .zip file before uploading. This helps reduce upload errors and organizes files neatly.
- Upload during off-peak hours: For faster transfer speeds, consider uploading outside of high-traffic business hours.
- Monitor progress: Keep the browser window open until the upload is complete. Closing the tab will interrupt the transfer.
If Upload Fails
- Retry the upload in smaller parts if possible.
- Confirm the file is under 10 GB and in a supported format.
- If the issue continues, contact support and provide details about the file type, size, and error message.
Key Points
- The system is built to handle large audio, video, and specialty files.
- Upload limits are in place to ensure reliable processing.
- Following best practices reduces the chance of upload interruptions and delays.
