The proceeding’s Location tab shows two cards: in-person on the left, remote on the right. A card that doesn’t apply is marked Not Requested rather than hidden; on a hybrid booking both are live.
While the job is still Draft or Submitted, both cards read Requested — Pending Setup. The agency fills in the address or creates the meeting when it configures the job. If you asked for a room to be arranged, the placeholder names the city and state you gave.
In-person
Once configured, the card shows the venue and address with Open in Maps and Copy address buttons, plus — when there’s something to say — the room’s rate, free-text Directions (which entrance, which floor, who to ask for), and Parking. A map preview sits at the bottom; if the address couldn’t be pinned, only the preview is missing, not the address.
If you chose Arrange Location at booking, the address, directions, and parking land here once the agency books a room. If the deposition is close and there’s still only a city name, chase it.
Remote
You don’t create the meeting — the agency provisions it and the joining details appear here. Zoom is the service available today; Microsoft Teams is listed at booking but can’t be selected.
The Zoom card shows the Meeting ID and Password (eye icon to reveal, copy icons beside each). Join in Browser opens the join link — its copy icon is what you want when forwarding to a colleague — and Open in Zoom hands off to the app. If neither works, type the Meeting ID and Password into Zoom yourself; they’re the same credentials.
When the meeting has phone numbers, a Dial-In row appears under the password. It opens a panel with the Meeting ID in large type and every regional number grouped by country, your own country first, each with a copy button.
Hybrid proceedings
Both cards carry real details, and the tab doesn’t record who attends which way. If it matters that someone joins remotely, send them the meeting details yourself and make sure they’re on the Invitees tab so they get the notification emails.
Joining without opening the job
On the Active list, any row with a live Zoom meeting has Join Meeting in its menu — it fetches the current link and opens it in a new tab.
When the meeting details are not there
- No Meeting Yet — not created on the agency’s side yet. Nothing for you to do.
- Meeting No Longer Available — the proceeding has passed and the meeting expired. Normal.
- Not Requested — booked without a remote component. If that’s wrong, it’s a booking change, not a fix on this tab.
Rescheduling keeps the same meeting wherever possible, but the ID and password can change if the new time forces a different account. Check this tab after a reschedule is approved rather than reusing an old calendar invite.
